Frequently Asked Questions

What if I am not selected as a speaker? Can I still be a sponsor?

Yes, if you are not selected as a speaker, you can still be a sponsor. Each program is a separate opportunity.

What happens if I am selected as a speaker and also want to be a sponsor?

You can opt into both. They are separate opportunities.

If I opt to be a sponsor, when is my application complete?

Your application is complete when your application, logo, company description and fee is received.

What is the promotion period?

The promotions period throughout social media and email marketing is from (pre-event) January 15, 2024 through June 1, 2024 (post event).

When is payment due?

Once your application is complete, and invoice sent, you have 24 hours to remit payment or your spot will be released to the next applicant. Payment in full is due no later than January 31, 2024. Due to the nature of our program, there are no exceptions.
